Kearns ID is a pain in the ass to work with if you ever have the slightest issue. Nothing ever gets done by phone; you have to show up in person. There appears to be no government oversight of this utility, as the Utah Division of Public Utilities pawed me off to other organizations who were of no help. My latest two visits to the KID office, mysteriously there was no supervisor to be found. Only after a complaint to the BBB did I get a call from Bruce who was finally able to deal with my disputes and get everything taken care of.
