I Called Kneaders Bakery at City Creek, Salt Lake City Utah I spent ten minutes on the phone waiting for someone to at least acknowledge I was on the phone, but NEVER before have I called a business where someone unhung the phone to keep it from ringing and placed it down without saying a "Hello", “can you please hold for a minute." I spent TEN minutes listening to all sorts of conversations but not one picked up the phone to help me! I was calling to ask ONE simple question, ONE! "Do you deliver!!!" But now you can forget it!! i wouldn't give you my business if you were the last restaurant in UTAH! What an unprofessional manner to treat a client or let someone know you don't want their business. My suggestion is, spend some money and get some more personnel if you're short on help! Rude! So rude!
