My husband and I really enjoy the food at La Hacienda. It is authentic, but quite mild to suit the Utah pallette. It could be spicier. We have tried many Utah Mexican restaurants and it is the best we have found. I see a review comparing it to Red and Blue Iguana. It is better by far. My experience at Blue Iguana has been bleak. I have not had good food there; I've never eaten such bland bad food as at the Iguana. La Hacienda was a favorite, even when we lived out-of-state and would visit. The atmosphere is very casual--cafe like--but if you can see past that, the food is great!
