From sleep apnea to insomnia, disruptive night behaviors to daytime sleepiness and fatigue, LDS hospital Sleep Disorders Center provides exceptional care for all your sleep medicine needs. We will treat your sleep disorder through a combination of diagnosis, therapy, and lifestyle coaching. We have developed a system to do this based on rigorous training, collaboration, and innovation.Benefits of SleepWe believe everyone needs a good night’s sleep to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sleep, often overlooked, contributes to so much of our health. It is universal; it impacts all levels of health. A good night’s sleep is one of the best forms of preventative care and is not only important but is fundamental to health. Some people may think of a sleep disorder as a minor health issue and decide not to use recommended treatments. But it is not a minor health issue. Untreated sleep disorders can increase the risk of developing serious health problems such as high blood pressure, heart rhythm problems, stroke, and increased risk of complications after surgery.
