The office is really nice. Smells like fresh paint. It has a Victorian feel to it.

Lou is like 7 feet tall, so a little intimidating, but very easy going and genuinely wants to help you..while you are in his office. Pricing is decent. Not really competitive but about the same as the average for bankruptcy services provided through an attorney in the Salt Lake Valley.

Things could have been more organized and fast, thus making it more efficient for me. I have had to make many stops into the office of Mr.Harris to provide additional documents. Lots of calls to their office due to lack of follow up.

Would I use them again? Probably not, because follow up and efficiency is key to me and my family but you never know.
