First and Foremost.... I was so impressed with their diligent cleanliness. I watched, as I waited my turn, between clients, how the staff took the time and attention to make sure everything was clean and sanitized, and the hand tools sterile. There was no chemical odor to the place whatsoever, like so many other places. All this just added to my overall sense of relaxation there.



The staff was attentive and pleasant without being overly chatty, the results were impressive, and the prices were better than anyplace else.

THE WORST MANICURE I have EVER received! The woman was angry that I was 'only getting a manicure' so she passively aggressively stabbed me with the cuticle tool (repeatedly). I was bleeding from 4 nail beds. I am absolutely horrified by the customer service -- if you can even call it that. I will never go back and if you don't want a puncture wound I suggest you do the same. The fact that they are still in business makes me sick! #worstmanicure

I gave them one star just so I could leave my comment.

I went in for a fill cuz I loved the new set that was put on just two weeks earlier. I requested AND paid for the gel coating.

Within two days, I had lost two nails and the top "gel" coat was chipping and peeling.

I don't think I'll be going back. The nail tech seemed to rush me through, did not clean up under the nails and I felt like she was pushing me out the door.

Now waiting for my nails to grow out so I can take them off myself and find a new nail salon!

I love the nails! They are so unique, and they actually talk to you!

If you need cute toes, this is the place. Tons of paint options, all very original. Everyone will have to know where you got them done.
