The Murray City Public Services Department operates building inspection, water, streets, storm water, sewer, parks and recreation, garbage, fleet services, engineering and community development divisions. It also maintains a cemetery and the L. Clark Cushing Heritage Center, which offers recreational and leisure-time activities, social services, nutritious meals, and educational, instructional and cultural programs for the general health and well-being of senior adults. The department also oversees the Murray Parkway Golf Course, which has a fully stocked pro shop with a variety of hard and soft goods, as well as a selection of rental golf clubs.
