Provided by YP.comNice product but badly packaged. Got one package with parts missing. The package came to us from the warehouse tore up and when we opened it up, only one part remained out of the whole box. Evidently no one bothered to do quality checks. Sheri at the office wasn't helpful or very willing to listen to me or address concerns when I called. Kept interrupting me and didn't let me finish what I was saying and didn't seem to WANT to fix the issue (although she arranged to have someone else drop off the parts later that day). All I was told was that the guy would be at my house either late afternoon or early in the evening and that he would contact me when he was on his way...I didn't hear anything all day (a good employee would have at least called to let me know the ETA) and when it was almost closing time for the store (5pm), I called to check on the ETA of the package and all I got from Sheri was an attitude - "I ALREADY told you that it would come late afternoon or early evening." Yeah, somewhat rude, especially considering that THEY messed up the package in the first place and inconvenienced us. Acting like you're doing the customer a HUGE favor doesn't help the customer service aspect of your business, which earns them 0 stars from me.
As for the desk...I'm sure I'll love it once it's completed.
**Update** No one even showed up with the remaining parts for the desk, which is laughable after the attitude we got from Sheri when we called her that afternoon before the store closed (see above). Sheri called us from her personal cell and left a message telling us that we could go to a hardware store and buy flat brackets and attach the desktop (also called a return) to the other section of the desk (it's a L-shaped desk with a file pedestal). We were also told that the store would refund us for the "small cost" of the brackets and some for the trouble we've been put through. Problem is, what we tried to explain to her on the phone when we first called on Friday morning (she wouldn't let us finish talking and kept making assumptions) - is that there is no way to attach the desktop to the file pedestal because it requires the use of hex key machine screws (flat tip) and predrilled holes in the desktop...there are no predrilled holes in the desktop for the screws to go into. I refuse to attach the desktop using brackets without first attaching it to the pedestal, it's unsafe. Been calling Sheri back...no answer. Tried texting, no answer. We had a deadline to finish the desk and it's now the weekend and they're closed. Awesome.

Provided by YP.comGreat company to work with! Very affordable, high quality furniture, willing to work with you and customize. I had read good reviews from other people and that made me seek them out (even with their hard-to-find warehouse). So glad I did! After getting our desks, we called them a few weeks later for an additional order, and we will use them in the future. Call before you go because they've moved to a great new location on State Street.
