Provided by YP.comWorst Experience I have ever had at a dealership.
I live in Rexburg, Idaho and I found a vehicle that I liked so I contacted them and we traded information. I was told to tell them if I wanted the truck and they would pull it off the lot and deliver it to ogden that next day.I called and told them I can pick it up tomorrow. As I am driving down to pick the truck up I recieved a phone call saying, "hey there is someone here looking to get this truck" the one that I told them I wanted. So they said deposit some money so we can tell them it is not for sale. I deposited 1500 and they told me that I needed to drive all the way to Salt lake because the roads were bad. So i proceded to drive all the way to Salt Lake when I arrived they told me that the truck was mine they just had to work out a few things with the people that came in earlier that morning. Two hours went by then they tell me that if their credit goes through that I will not get the truck. I waited another hour and a half just to find out that they got approved and I got screwed out of a truck even though I was told the night before they were going to pull it off the lot and pick it up in the morning.
The most frustrating thing that I was experiencing is that every sales rep there told me that the, "early bird gets the worm." At first I thought they were talking about me. The one that set an appointment to pick the truck up that morning. No it was the people that drove in that morning with no appointment, the people that were not told they could pick it up in the morning, looked at it and wanted it so I got nothing.
Everyone said that they were going to make this right so I waited and the best they could do is try and get me into a new truck with a payment that was $150 to $200 a month over what I budgeted for.
All in all I spent six hours talking to people and got absolutely nowhere. I am frustrated and the only thing I can do is write a review. Not even an offer to comensate for gas or time. That is not the way to do business. I will never tell anyone that they should buy from these guys. Whats sad to is I am a young construction business owner that potentially has a lot of business in the future but they can kiss that good bye.

Provided by YPmobileI purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. To start off as soon as I drove off the car lot, my fuel light came on. I had just purchased a new vehicle that was delivered to me on empty. This was a minor concern compared to what happened next. As part of my purchase price I had requested and was promised a 4 inch TeraFlex lift, 35 inch tires, 18 inch rims and tint. I was quoted the price of $7060 for those items, which I agreed to and paid. The Dealership then put me in contact with Dealership International to provide those items and labor. I was immediately informed by Dealership International that I was not getting a 4 inch TeraFlex lift, that I would be getting a 3 and a half inch Rubicon Express lift. I decided to go ahead with that lift, but became concerned and requested an itemized list of the items I was getting and the cost of labor. I was ignored until I demanded an itemized list. After my own investigation I realized that Rubicon Express and Pro Comp the maker of the tires were both parent companies of Dealership International. After reviewing the itemized list I noticed that the amount owed for labor and material was $640 cheaper then the $7060 I had originally paid. When I brought this to the dealerships attention they first added $139 for mud flaps which they had offered to provide free of charge for my inconvenience and then ignored the fact that there was still a balance that was owed to me. I demanded my refund and the Finance Manager stated that the balance was his commission for selling me the Jeep. When I informed him that this was not right, he agreed to refund me the remaining balance. I had also requested my stock rims and tires that I had paid for and I was told that the Dealership does not normally give them back, even though I had paid for them, but they were doing me a favor by returning them to me. I was also told by the Dealership that they do not normally give an itemized list of product purchased and work performed, but again they were doing me a favor. If I had not requested an itemized list, the Finance Manager would have pocketed the amount I over paid for the after market items. I have never purchased anything without knowing the price up front and I believe the Dealership uses the purchase of after market items as a chance to make a quick buck off of consumers.
