So ridiculous !!!

We Went in for a men's haircut and the receptionist said we can get one in 30min, so we came back in next 30 min then she said it will be 10 more minutes. We waited in the lobby for 40 minutes more. The lady came and said that it will be more time than she was expecting... Finally! Thank you for letting us know after waiting over an hour that it will be even more time! This place is so awful even though I, myself enjoyed the hydrotherapy spa ... Never ! Ever again ! It would be nice if they were upfront with their customers but it was horrible customer service. Nice Spa , shame the customer service is truly awful ��������������������

My mother and I won gift ceritficates to the sanctuary day spa, and it was one of the most beautiful spas I have ever been to. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The spa itself was so relaxing and beautiful. I would refer all of my friends there. The only thing was that before we went to the spa we reviewed it on this website. We were a little concerned when we saw the comments posted back and forth between the manager and the ex-employee and thier disagreement. I think that it was very unprofessional by both parties. I love this day spa, but please don't post your personal business for all to see and handle it in a more private and professional setting.

I love this day spa. I would go all the time it i could!
