I got a new cell phone, first morning I recieved a text from this comapny saying I had a $0.00 balance on my card. I called this company to try and have my new number removed from them, to get the response.. I am sorry you have to call this number. I called that number to get.. I'm sorry theres nothing we can do about that if you do not have the PIN number. I tried to explain the trouble of having that information, to which I got.. I am sorry, I can not help you with this problem. Thank you for the text messages for 6 months now, every morning letting me know I have a $0.00 balance with you. I will make sure it continues to be that way
