Staff was sooo nice! All of them! Everyone was friendly and helpful, things were quick and efficient. I loved that they let people go back to the waiting/bedside area right up until you get taken back to surgery. Even children! That made things so nice and comfortable for me and my family. The only bummer about the place is that there were no food types of services available, not even vending machines. But that's not a big deal - the staff was happy to point out nearby places where my family could go grab a bite while I was in surgery. :)
