Unprofessional and unreliable. I've made several attempts to work with this company. They always seem nice on the phone, but they have failed to give my job any sort of priority. I wish they would just tell me the truth instead of telling me they will get me on the schedule and not calling me back. Extremely dissatisfied with their level of service. I'd be willing to change my mind if they would just call me back for once and give me the kind of attention any paying customer deserves.

Mini-flood that Bryan cleared up in no time. Very professional. Explained everything. I would call them again in a New York minute!

We've used Stott Plumbing several times to replace/upgrade our disposal, water heater, & toilets. They consistently do a great job & are honest (one of the owners pointed me to Home Depot when he couldn't save me $$.). They aren't cheap, but they are a great value & do the job right the first time!!

They used to be good. Something has happened - two bad experiences in a row!

They showed up when they were supposed to and fix the problem quickly and cleaned up nicely for me. There price was good, I'd definitely use them again!!

I thought he did a great job. I was freaking out but Mike found the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. The bid he gave me was a fair price and I had no problems with them. Recommended!

Ask the tech how much he is getting an hour to work for Stott Plumbing. Then think about how long he was there.Figure out how much you are being charged per hour.I bet it is 200.00+ per hour.How much do you make per hour?It is time for plumber pay to come back to earth.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! they came to my house and tracked dirt everywhere and tried to sell me stuff I didnt need. Called another company and they were clean fast a cheap. Stott was messy rude and expensive.

They were fair with their bid and did not deviate from the original bid even though our job took more time. We are very pleased with the professionalism and the work. We will use them again.

I had a good experience with them, they did the job right and had a good knowledge of what needed to be done. The plumber told me what needed to be done and gave me a price before he started. The price quoted for the job was what was charged at the end, he didn’t add on. I would use them again.

They have the same business plan as WhippleCharge so much they make $200 - $400 an hourDo not accept a "bid" from them. It is a rip off.How much do you earn an hour?How much do you think the guy doing the work earns an hour?
