Best service in Salt Lake City. I recently switched my document management/storage and on-site shredding to Sugar House Archives and shred. Their shred truck and equipment is newer and nicer than Irons and I pay about 25% less a month. Their vck Infokeeper is way more user friendly than Irons software and the thing I love the most about Sugar House Archives & shred is that when I call I actually talk to one of their staff members, not a voice recorded telling me to press 2 for this or 7 for that. They're a member of the National Records center or NRC so they arranged to take care all my document needs for my offices in New york and Chicago. Nice facility great staff.

I was very happy with Sugarhouse Shred. They were professional and the customer service was great.###Other shred companies I had talked to only wanted to shred my things if I had a large amount, but Sugarhouse shred took my paperwork no matter how much there was. They were pretty well priced. Their location was clean and secure, so I trust that my important documents will be shredded and disposed of properly. They even gave me the option to watch them shred my stuff. I would recommend this company!
