DON'T GO HERE! I needed my transmission rebuilt and their price was really good. Before the warranty was up it started acting up and not shifting correctly. I took it in and they said it was not the transmission and the computer was making it shift funny. Well I am pretty mechanically inclined and knew it was BS. So I asked him if the bands needed to be adjusted and he said they are not adjustable and kept trying to find anything to blame it on me installing the transmission. "I didn't install a new transmission cooler". Well it was a new radiator/transmission cooler so it was not needed.



Long story short, I took it to a Dodge dealer and once they tore into the transmission the bands(that they stated were not adjustable) were too tight and damaged my drum. They told me replace the transmission..again. So I had them put it together as is and I will drive it until it officially goes out.

I called transparts to get a estimate to fix my 01 GMC Sierra 2500hd and how much time it would take to fix my transmission they gave me a price that was almost half of most of the garages i have called. Brandon was very honest and friendly and had my vehicle towed to transparts they rebuilt my transmission and transfercase and had my truck finished in a couple days. i am very satisfied with this shop and would recommend them to anyone they are very knowledgeable at what they do and have a quick turn around time for a very reasonable price! Transparts transmissions is a excellent transmission shop they fixed my 2002 ford diesel for half the cost of all the other shops i have called. Transparts gave me a price for a complete overhaul and install over the phone witch no other shop could do and the price they gave me was the price i paid no less no more and it was a good quality job and they were very professional and friendly they have earned my business for life and i would recommend Transparts to anyone!

Had my truck at big o in Payson ended up being a joke they tried to tell me it was 5800 for a stock trans in my 07 dodge 2500 well I told them no I was gonna take it somewhere else they tried to charge me 500 for labor when they never even touched my truck I called Brandon at trans parts inc and he told me that if I didn't sign a paper givin authorization to them to work on my truck they were screwed well I never signed anything so after a day of threats and arguing I finally got big o to release my truck got it towed to trans parts in salt lake from Payson and Brandon paid half of my tow bill and my trucks been at trans parts for two days now and is finished with an upgraded trans and billet converter and the price he quoted me before I took my truck there was the price it cost no more no less which was awesome I will def be a return customer for all of my transmission needs very impressed

I paid them over $900.00 for them to (JB Weld) my transfer case when he said it would be a New rebuild " don't go to transparts " you will get ripped off.

AAAAAAA+++++++++ this transmission shop is the best shop we have ever dealt with we highly recomend them they are a family owned business and very friendly they rebuilt our transmission and installed it in just a couple days and it drives better then it ever has and the price was the best price we found all over salt lake county we were refered from a family member that had the same expierience VERY HAPPY with there business!!!

Holding off on final determination at this time. Took our Explorer in for a new transmission. Was quoted decently, but kept getting calls about extras that needed to be done. Okay, one was reasonable, but the rest of the "extras" were bogus. We told them so - and why - and they completed the job. It is two weeks later and the replaced transmission is now slipping again. . . let's see what they say. Two months later and we are advised by our attorney to take this business to court. Best to find another place for your transmission repairs.
