Unprofessional, unaccountable. They damaged car to the tune of $500 +. They altered and LIED on the paperwork after it was signed, tow truck driver asked for it back to ostensibly add the mileage. THEN HE LIED & added that there was fluid under the car when he came to tow it WHEN THERE WAS NOT. He damaged the oil pan himself. I have a witness plus the car repair shop to back me up on this. THEY ARE LIARS & incompetent. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Guy came to tow me out of the snow and, due to his own mistake, killed my car battery to the point of me not being able to even get my car out of park. Obviously they employ idiots and I would never recommend them. Now my car is worse off than before and they refused to tow it ONE block to Midas to get a new battery. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

I have to tell you about TRIPLE T ROADSIDE, TOWING they really went above & beyond I was off roading and my battery bounced
out of its tray and went in the fan
I called a lot of towing companys
no one wanted to take the time to help me and then called them they brought me a battery at night 2:00 am and they had a hard time finding me I was way
out by the salt mines they stayed on the phone till they found me 4 hours it took and they charge me for the battery and install and miles for a total of $250.00 I could not beleave it after being big pain In the as@ but if it was not for them I would still be there because no one would help me at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never recommend these guys to even my worst enemy, not only do they screw over their customers & damage their property & refuse to take responsibility for it like professionals do, they screw over their employees. Speaking from personal experience as an ex employee when they were known as Road Medic

My vehicle was damaged by the driver in November 2010 (almost 8 months ago). I was going to make a claim with my insurance company but the owner told me he would take care of the repair. He has continuously made excuses and put off taking care of the problem. Now, he won't even reply to my inquiries. Beware doing business with this company.

This company is great. Willing to explain everything, work with others, and they are fast. Great company to work with.
