Used Vargas for several years now on several vehicles. Roy Sr. and Roy Jr. have always given me fair, prompt service as the quoted price. They have always been professional and friendly with me. The location so close to the Millcreek Trax station was a good option for me dropping off my truck. I highly recommend them! Jeff E.

Great shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have worked on our vehicles several times and we've always been pleased. Quality work, reasonable prices with the job done quick and on time.

Had my car towed to Vargas at the recommendation of another garage for a presumed driveshaft issue. They took a look for free and it turned out to be the transmission. Had to tow car back to the first place due to warranty coverage and Vargas helped to arrange that, again free of charge. Everyone was very helpful throughout the ordeal and I would recommend their services to anyone who asks.

My husband and I have both had a great experience with Vargas Auto Service. We took his car in last year for an engine replacement and they did a great job on his car. This year we took an Acura MDX in because it was shutting off with the cold. The check engine light was indicating a misfire with the coils so they replaced them, but the care was still shutting off with the cold. I called them to let them know and scheduled some time to bring the car back in, however, I wasn't able to make it in when I said I would. I was really impressed because they called me to follow up and find out when I would be bringing the car back in. When I brought the car back in they did fix the issue and did not charge us anything more. This may not be the case for everyone but I do believe they are fair. They are honest mechanics with great customer service. Also, I like that they are organized. They have a computer system in place that stores what they've done for you along with your info. This makes it easy to work with them because you don't have to remind them what they've done for you and give them your info again every time you come in. I highly recommend them!

I have been taking my vehicles here for a few years for minor things like leaks, brakes, and registration renewal and I have never had a issue. The other day I went in with a engine misfire and I was expecting the worst $$. I got a call that same night and was told the problem is a simple fix and about $50 later I was on my way. Part of my job is inspecting vehicles and negotiating repairs. I have spoken with the owner several times regarding labor rates and labor times, never on a professional level, only as a customer and I can say this shop is fair and honest. I have and will continue to recommend Vargas to my friends and family.

I bought a car for far less than market value because it needed some work. I had to go to the dealer to get some parts I couldn't get used and asked them for an estimate. They said they would have to send my car to a separate shop and rewire the whole thing and they still couldn't guarantee the price or that it would be fixed. I took it to Vargas Auto, and the father Vargas (I think it is a father son partnership) traced the wires found the issues called me with an estimate that was very reasonable and fixed everything so I had no more error lights on my dash. Thanks to them I came out ahead on my new car. That was six months prior to when I am writing this. Everything continues to run great. So I feel that it was quality work at a good price and will continue to take my cars to them and recommend them. Thank you!
