From Kay in the Roy store along with Karen in the SLC store these folks not only know their products and their installation they really help you every step along the way. Randy the owner is really a class act! His experience and customer skills really are outstanding. He came up to my house in N. Ogden and showed me how to level and install about 1700 sq ft of bamboo flouring. Without his help I would have been up the creek. I had bought the flooring almost year before but could get around to installing it. They took care of me like I bought it the day before. Not once did I feel that they dropped the ball on my questions no matter how general or detail the question. I would give them a 12 in product and service!!!

The Wood Floor Warehouse has the best wood for the best price. I met with Randy, the owner, while looking for a laminate wood (all I could afford). He was able to get me a dark wood floor for about the same price as a light laminate. We paid $2.99 a sq/ft for a dark wood hand finished floor. We spent so much time looking around on KSL and a ton of shops. Save yourself time and money- go to the Wood Floor Warehouse!!! I will not go anywhere else! Plus the free laying class and FREE rental of the staple, nail gun and air compressor made a huge difference!!!!

slc store is very good the staff is helpfully. But stay out of the ogden store. The man there no's nothing about flooring.

What a great company, people, and product selection. I put down over 1,000 sq ft of hand scraped maple. The instruction class was great. The product looks amazing. The price was excellent. Overall, it took me about 45 hours, but I had stairs, logs, and flush-mount heating vents to work around. To be honest, it was a lot of fun. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

Wood Floor Warehouse has a great selection of wood flooring to choose from and friendly staff. We were undecided as to where to purchase our wood flooring, had been to many different stores, but found out that Wood Floor Warehousing were the most courtesy and helpfu in deciding which flooring was right for us. This was our second purchase of wood flooring from The Wood Floor Warehouse. The service is very good and they understood that we were purchasing more than wood flooring - that for us this was a big investment. They worked with us on the price and answered all our questions. The recommended installer did a beautiful job and also worked to accomodate our scheduling needs. It was a great experience from start to finish.

As a newby to the renovation world, my husband and I were pretty excited and nervous about doing our own hardwood floor. . . until we met the wonderful people at wood floor warehouse. The free class on Saturday mornings was so helpful, but the customer service was exceptional! All questions were asnswered and everyone went above and beyond to help us get going. They are good people. You might find that they feel almost like family by the time you are done. It will be bittersweet when our floor is finished because we won't have any reason to 'bug' our friends at The Woodfloor Warehouse. I highly recommend this establishment to all! A+++ in my book.

We decided to put in hardwood floors a year ago and ended up loving the Wood Floor Warehouse. We went to a Saturday installation class and got step by step instructions of how to do it ourselves, we even got to practice to make sure our technique was good. The floor was so easy to lay and we had fun doing it. We absolutely love the look of the wood and have recieved many compliments on it, and have had no problems with it getting scratched up. If we ever do hardwood floors again we'll not look anywhere else.

Wood Floor Wearhouse has a great selection of wood floors to choose from and friendly staff. Once we found the wood that we wanted to install their staff worked hard to make sure we got just what we wanted. They also recommended installers that were just as wonderful. We now have our floors and we love them. Thank you to the staff for all their work in making this happen for us.

As a professional in my field (dentist), these people are the real pro's of wood flooring! Karen was amazing, as was Jason and Brandon. Best price around on the floor we chose and the installer they recommended was the most courteous and professional I've ever had the chance to meet.(Terry Lesueur). All I can say is what a great experience.

We went to Lumber Liquidators first because of all their advertising. How dissapointing! Worst service, didn't really pay any attention to us. Then we went to Lowes and Home Depot. About the same service there but when we did talk to someone, they knew nothing about the products. Finally a friend told us about the Wood Floor Warehouse. WOW! Those folks know their stuff about wood flooring. I took their Saturday class, which was more than I expected, and installed my 5" wide solid maple the next week! It is fabulous. My wife can't belive we did this and neither can our friends! The team at the Wood Floor Warehouse is great, a true American,family run business. We've told all our friends, they were a real find for us!

Great people to work with. They taught me how to lay the wood flooring. I was able to lay a real wood floor for about the same price as the fake floating wood floor. I love how it turned out. The room I laid it in turned out fantastic, due in no small part to Wood Floor Warehouse.

I wrote this for the Riverdale store, but wanted all to read:###I've always wanted wood floors but didn't know if I could afford them. I searched around a bit, then went into Wood Floor Warehouse to explore more options. WFW gave me a great price on a gorgeous wood, gave me a class on how to install it myself, rented me the tools, and gave me tons of advice on how to install specific for my floor plan. They gave me all of the confidence that I needed to be able to do it myself. My floors look great and I have become good friends with some of the staff. I really can't say enough good about these guys! Even my kids ask when we are going to WFW again because they were so nice and friendly (my 3 little ones were just able to play in their play area while I talked all I needed to). I have never felt the need to go on-line to rate a company before, but these guys went so far out of their way to make me happy, I just really wanted to tell everybody. ~Shannon
