HVAC unit blowing warm air.
Called and made an appointment, had to wait 5 days. No show. Called to find out why, they knew nothing of appt. Setup another appt for next day. No show again. Called to find out why, again they knew nothing of appt.
They called me back and said owner was at my house banging on door and calling me. I told them I'm at my house and don't see them and no one has called me either. I told them don't bother, I'm calling someone else. Very Undependable. Go with someone else.

I've used them several times in the past and they were great! Called them last week and scheduled an appt for a plumbing problem and no show. Called back this week and was promised they'd come out and another no show. They're either too busy or poor management. Being too busy can be a double edged sword for a small business. If you can get them to come out, they are good people

Worst customer service ever. You will be better off banging on your broken appliances with a hammer. That's what they did for us and broke more items and charged us to fix them. It took them 3 service calls to do so as well. The lady in the office even said it was fine if we never use them again.

Don't expect a service attitude from this business. Had to stick with them due to terms of Sear's warranty, After 4th service call, air went out during hottest day. Can't get them to call me and tell me when the service guy is coming. Lady that answers the phone is one crude word shy of being rude. I don't trust them to get it right if they ever do show up for the 5th call. They may have had a good business once, but I have not seen or heard anything from them that disproves they are a complete scam.

The oven on my stove has played out. Tutot's Appliance was called to come out and take a look at it. I was told that my plate had burned out and the part needed to be ordered. My oven played out on June 11th and Tutor's Appliance came out on June 15th. Now it is June 29th and my oven is still not working. I've called and the secretary keeps telling me someone will get in touch with me but no one has contacted me yet. I will not be using this company again.
