Got stranded tonight with my truck that wouldnt start. Called AAA M.A.C towing was the only place in the Pittsburgh area that had a truck large enough to carry myself and my 2 sons. Even though they were farther away. The driver by the name of Melvin I believe is the GREATEST man I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Friendly personable funny cracking jokes with my kids to make them laugh this man needs a RAISE!! Makes every other tow driver I've dealt with seem horrible in comparison!!!

I was caught in a terrible rainstorm when my car stopped running this weekend. MAC Towing came out to help me and my 6 yr old son despite the tornado warning and flash floods. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the Westmoreland County area and beyond. A++

My roadside assistance service called Mac Towing today when I got my car suspended on a cement barrier. (Yes, stupid I know!) They were so kind, got me to stop crying, and were quickly able to get my car out of a difficult position. They made very sure it was safe to drive before they left. It was like having my own dad come out to help me, but without the yelling. Hope I don't need them any time soon but will call if I do!
