My husband has been going here for about fifteen years and experienced good customer service until now. I bought him high end headlights for our anniversary, paid almost $500 for the pair. He came here to have them installed with a separate light kit. They took it upon themselves to drill two holes into the headlights without my husband's permission, which voided our warranty. The light kit was unnecessary and if asked my husband would have refused the drilling because he was well aware it would void their warranty. They assured him that if ever there was a problem they'd "make it right." Recently, rain and fog came through those holes and left the headlights foggy for days and has permanently left water spots inside the headlights, but all over. My husband took it back to them and they could not remove the water spots and are refusing to buy him new ones or do anything more about it. Too bad they are not a member of the BBB, but we are going to file with small claims and will never do business with them again. We'll be taking our business to a more reputable company like Orig-Equip.
