After 3rd attempt, trying to get my boots exchanged or my money back.

I got no satisfaction from the store manager. Just embarrassment.

I was told the night before to just bring them back with the receipt in hand to get my money back.

But instead I still have Boots that I can't even wear.

I paid over $200.00 for them and now the same boots are $159.00

I feel so cheated by the store manager.And drove over 300 miles back and forth.

The manager is very rude and doesn't want his name revealed.

So now I'm forced to contact the regional manager after talking to the corporate office.

The boots for stealing like new condition only wear them 2 days in a row.

I'm very to dissatisfied with the San Angelo store.
