food not cooked to order, out of all veggies, ribs very dry. Mgr was horrible! Didnt even seem to care.

I worked at Cheddars for 3 years and then had to quit, and over the next year so did all of my coworkers. Then there was a change in management. That was a few years ago. Every time I have gone in the last year has been HORRIBLE, yet I keep giving it another chance. I went last week and it was the fastest my table has been greeted, and it still took 5 minutes. I hate to write anything bad about my previous employer but it should not take 15 minutes to get your tea. Plus, the recipes must've changed because there is now fake cheese on the potato skins, the tortilla soup is way too salty, and the chicken tenders (used to be my favorite) just...suck. Feel free to visit this resraraunt if you've got plenty of time to wait, don't mind going 10 minutes with an empty glass, or don't care if your waiter spends your whole meal flirting with the table next to you.
