I just want to be sure everyone in Texas knows to never ever use First Convenience Bank inside WalMart. I went in and asked them to close my account since I moved and not only did they put me negative they didn't close my account and didn't tell me. I found out two weeks later when they started calling to wonder how I was going to resolve the negative EIGHT HUNDRED dollars all from fees because their teller couldn't count. I am now at a negative $1200 and they refuse to take it off or even work with me. They have the worse customer service and are only out to scam all your money! If you use them now, I suggest you get your money and run, but be sure they actually close your account!
