Provided by YP.comOne of the most horrific experiences I’ve had in our small town. I went to get a manicure and pedicure and picked the first shop I saw, it was Happy Nails. First mistake was not doing proper research. The service was terrible and the final product was sub-par. Their work was very poor and rush.
The tipping point was how they spoke about their customers. I’m well verse in Vietnamese and understood their language although they didn’t realize this at the time. None of the workers spoke English when I visited and they spoke to each other in their native tongue. How they spoke about their customers were expressively negative, racist in content, and overall disgusting. They described/referred to us customer as “that white fat pig and varying inappropriate terms that may not be appropriate for this review” while we did nothing to offend them.
If we open our borders and hearts to new immigrants (which all of them are as they didn’t speak the language), the least they can do is treat us with respect and dignity especially when we are paying them with our hard earn American money. I’m truly outraged that these people had the audacity to insults us in such an appalling manner.
Avoid this shop as there are many nail shops in the area.

Provided by YP.comI really enjoy getting pedis here because of the massaging chairs and the atmosphere BUT I do not like it when the workers talk in their language and I have no idea what they are saying. It makes me feel very uncomfortable.
