I've been doing business with them for 9 years. Took in 5 shirts for laundry and 1 shirt (still on the hanger) that wasn't clean. They lost 1 shirt and said they didn't get it. Do you think I'd be hassling them over a lost shirt if it hadn't been lost? In 9 years? 1 shirt?

Spoke with the plant manager Rick Morrow. He said didn't get it, take your business elsewhere! Wow! That's customer service with a capital FU.

Just know if anything goes wrong, they won't make it right.
