I purchased a very expensive shag carpet (around $7000) from Kiser carpet that was supposed to have a 20 year warranty. In less than a year the carpet flattened out in the traffic areas and where the doors drag as they are opened and closed. I called Kiser carpet and they scheduled an inspector to come out. The inspector came and took samples of the carpet and according to the inspector it was not defective eventhough it looked terrible. Kiser carpet said there was nothing they could do about it. I should have taken them to court but I was going through a divorce at the time and she got the house so I did not pursue it. I strongly discourage anyone from buying carpet from there or doing business with anyone that doesn't stand behind their products and workmanship
