Just facts suggested and performed power steering fluid change . Recommend at 12k mileage at time of change 4k.Recommend transmission and performed transmission change recommended at 50/100k depending on use of vehicle. Actual mileage on fluid at change 30000.

I paid for the $38 car detail and did not get what I paid for. My SUV was not completley vacuumed, the hatch was not cleaned at all, and there was still dust on the dashboard as well as very scuffs that could of just been wiped off. I had just bought this car brand new a couple months ago so I was very excited to get a detail and have it looking brand new again but I drive away very disappointed. The manager said that I should specify what I want done to my car.... But if you look at what was included in the $38 package this all should of been done. I will not be going back.

NEVER AGAIN, They are notorious for adding fees, Mgr is never available & the "assistant" Mgr. is CLUELESS to resolve issues. It's not worth the risk.

Absolutely horrible service. I went in for an oil change & was told that if I did not have my power steering fluid changed it would go out while I was driving... I'm 22 & 7 months pregnant, so of course that freaked me out! With no other options presented to me, I had the service done (for an extra $110!). My husband just got home & checked my car... And then did not flush the power steering & replace the fluid like they said. The fluid is still filthy & the plugs that should've been removed during the oil change still have dirt rings around them (so they obviously were not removed or else the dirt would've fallen off). Definitely will never be going back there ever again.
