If I could give him less than one star I would.
He is unfamiliar with the TRICARE paperwork.He should have told from the beginning that he normally doesn’t deal with TRICARE.
He had no knowledge what the diagnosis code on the referral meant.Instead of admitting to that,he came up with a wrong explanation.
He’s unable to provide an appointment schedule for a period of time.Very unprofessional.
He should have some Office Worker,complains all the time he would be an one man shop.
If you don’t want to waste your time,avoid him!!!Not recommended at all!!!!

Neil Snipes is one of the most caring, understanding, professional counselors I have had the privilege to know. He has helped me overcome one of the worst experiences of my life. He is attentive, empathetic, and most importantly he is knowledgeable, professional and experienced in his field of social work/psychotherapy/counseling. I could not have asked for a better therapist. There are not enough words to express the gratitude for what he has done for me. He has been instrumental in helping me overcome a very difficult period in my life. I highly recommend him for anyone who is in need of counseling or psychotherapy services. You will not be disappointed.

I have used him for many years and he has helped me regain self in many levels!! Absolutely would refer if your ready to do serious inside work!!!!
