The North Concho Vet Clinic is very accommodating. If you need grooming or any other appointments, they get you in right away - the time frame is great!

I strongly recommend North Concho Veterinary Clinic. The staff are awesome and take excellent care of the pets they see. Without a doubt this office is one of the best I have been too.

I really appreciate the care of Dr. Russell for my two pets. He is friendly & attentive to their needs. The receptionist is not as like able as I have read about & have experienced with the other staff. A BIG complaint I have is that anybody else who is NOT Dr. Russell that gives vaccines does a harmful job. My pets have experienced aches & wounds b/c of the inexperience of any other "technician" who has given the vaccines. To my coincidence my neighbor experienced this same unfortunate situation at some point w/ her pets visit. Unhappy with the other staff! Sorry but although I have onced appreciated their care, I am now Greatly disappointed.

I've rescued a lot of dogs over the past few years and they have done an excellent job at providing them care.

We were treated great, it's a friendly office and we will definitely be taking my dog back here for services.

Dr. Russell did an outstanding job saving my dog Pebbles. His staff member Melissa knew precisely what the issue was and surgery was performed. That was 3 days ago and Pebbles is making a remarkable recovery. She is more lively now than she has been in a couple of months. Thank you Dr. Russell and the staff at North Concho Veterinary Clinic!

I took my dog there for the first time recently, I really liked the office and thought the staff were very polite and friendly. I plan on taking him there regularly now!
