Do not put it in your children in this place. Horrible experience in this place. My boy went to this place only one day and I moved to another preschool.

I have personally seen a teacher named Ashley grab kids cheeks and yell in their face. She grabs kids roughly by the arm and throws them down hard on the ground or in a chair. She was yelling at a little girl named Ella, and when Ella asked her not to yell at her, Ashley said, "I can yell at whoever I want this is my classroom." Ashley also does not teach any curriculum or lesson at all. She does sing songs and have the kids say the ABC's but she doesn't even show them the letters on the poster that is up in the classroom. They are not taught letters, shapes, colors or numbers. All they learn is songs. She is too busy yelling the whole day to teach anything. A teacher named Tina has told children that they are ugly, stupid and annoying. A teacher named Caitlyn has told children that she can't stand them, that they are annoying and that she didn't like them. I would never trust anyone from there to watch my child. Many teachers yell and intimidate children to get them to listen. The office last Becky talks bad about a lot of the children and parents. She is not very helpful or nice. The director, Brook is very rude as well. I know for a fact that is was brought to Brook's attention about what certain employees were doing but she won't fire anyone because they are so short handed as it is. They also go over ratio for all of the classes many times which is against state standards.

I do not want to write a long comment about them so I will just write that they....

1. messed up on payments. At first they said it was 100 a week and then they changed their minds to 105 a week. They said that we were behind. It turned out that they did not keep up their own books.

2. My child has a speech and hearin problem. They DID NOT handel and treat her the way she should be.

3. My child can not drink juice but they gave her juice. I know this by when my child came home sick.

4. They let other children bully my child. When I complained they were unhappy and started to be VERY rude to me.



This was a BAD place.

Every time I go to pick up my son they are always reading or playing games outside and stimulating their brains to help grow learn and develop! I love Pumpkin Patch Preschool! I think they implement good discipline policies and I think that the class sizes are very appropriate so that the kids get the attention they need so they can learn. Every time anything happens they call me to make sure that I am informed, they do very well with communicating to the parents. I love that my son is ready and excited to go to school each day and the teachers love that he is going there to!
