Provided by YPmobileMy husband ordered flowers for me YESTERDAY for my birthday. He called last night when it wasn't here and they said "they were too busy it would be delivered today" well.. About 3pm I called which it took about 4 calls between my husband and I for them to answer, they said it was made and waiting for pickup. It's now 5 and I had to call again. They acted like it hadn't even been sent STILL so I asked for a refund. If you pay 80$ for a bouquet you expect it to get delivered in a timely fashion,not two days late. I will not use them again. Use southwest florist.
