Continually out of stock on shavings, feed, etc....customer service knows nothing about expected delivery. Whoever is responsible for keeping the store stocked up is not doing their job.

I wish it was possible to rate this at minus 5 stars. I bought a riding mower and sprung for the 4 year Power Protection Plus. I contacted the 30 days ago and have only gotten the run around since. They don't call back or keep their promises. Buy if you want but don't expect it to last or them to fix it even if you paid $270.00 for a warranty.

Terrible service, bunch of underpaid inexperienced people who could care less about the customer
