can't say enough on how very pleased we are with the repair on are cars repair. this was the 2nd time we have used west Texas collision. thanks again

Please save your self the stress and do not go here. A weeks repair wait time turned into over a month. It was excuse after excuse and straight up lies to your face....no remorse. Mismatched paint, broken door handle that was not broken before..still had hail damage, yes these were fixed but can you believe the owner actually was going to deliver to us this way? He wanted payment up front (a repair shop has never asked us this before) and cashed a check he never claimed to have without our authorization...when he realized we knew he had cashed the check, he came up with a quick (unbelievable) fix to keep himself from getting in legal trouble. But we know the truth....and he knows the truth, we can only hope one day he realizes all this will catch up to him. I normally do not like to write reviews that bash a business but I feel that our experience is worthy of one to warn others. I cannot believe the lengths the owner goes to with lies and bad business, bad ethics....its simply unbelievable. Please take this warning seriously and read others and you will see a pattern.
