The manager at the Corsicana, TX, branch is very, very rude & not a nice person. I have been a good customer here paying my loan ahead of time for a year now. My husband came into the ofc on 11/4/15 (11:25 a.m.) to pay the final loan payment & he was threatened by the manager that she would call the police for trespassing due to an incident 3 (THREE) yrs ago. At that time, 3 yrs ago, he received a blunt force injury to his head (work related) & was put into a drug induced coma for 2 two days & was diagnosed with a severe concussion a month before he came into this branch. My husband apparently was very upset with them & scared the manager, which I understand completely. The police did not arrest him due to his injury & he left & never went into that ofc, until today to pay my loan off. When my husband & I spoke with the head ofc a couple of yrs ago about this incident, they told me that it would be best for him to stay away for a couple of months while he recouped. The head ofc was very understanding about the circumstances & wished my husband well, unlike this manager in Corsicana, TX!! Again this was three years ago & my husband is doing very well now. Head injuries can vary on symptoms, look it up on google. This manager was very hostile to me when I called her up about treating my husband so badly that she hung up on me because I told her she should be very ashamed of herself. My husband never threatened, yelled or raised a scene at that establishment today. The manager was the one who raised a scene much to the surprise of my husband. She told him to go outside to fill out our money order & then threatened him. I am thinking of pressing charges myself!! The manager said she didn't care what I thought.
