Aqua-Brite Pool & Pump Service

I have 2-10 Home Owners Insurance to supplement my regular home insurance, which covers pool, plumbingmajor appliances etc. I notified 2-10 and in turn they assign the job to a service provider, in this case, Aqua Brite in Weeki Wachee, Fl...2-10 gave me the service providers number to make an appointment to fix the pool pump housing that had a hair line crack, sounds simple enough! Not in this case! The Technician called "Jim" said he would be by the next day (first call was Thursday second call on Friday)with the part and fix it, but no...I initiated the call late Friday and he said he would be over on Monday. 2-10 had already approved that job and here Iam Monday at 5pm and no Tech. I initiated the call and he said he would be over in 25min. If it wasn't that I had gone outside I would have never known the tech had arrived, I saw him bring the part and I went inside the house, by the time I went back out he was gone! Not even a word! To make matters worse the housing has a leak...I called 2-10 to handle the situation...I cannot deal with this tech or his company anymore! I highly recommend you do not use Aqua Brite!
