When we arrived we waited for someone to help us for about 10 minutes (they were all in the back playing around). We had difficulty getting the machine to pitch at the right level, and when we asked the adolescent girl who was manning the front for assistance, she replied "I don't know" and promptly ignored us. I had to go to the back and locate the manager (who was occupied messing around) for assistance. The manager apologized and corrected the problem. The girl at the front desk (presumably an employee) was rude and unprofessional throughout the duration of our visit. Needless to say we will not be returning to "3-2 count" batting cages again.
