Mr. Noriega helped me out with my vehicle in the middle of the highway during the worst traffic hour, he was polite and on time. He gave me a good price as well.

This was the first time I ever needed a tow, and it was by far the worst car trouble experience I've had. They said they'd be here in 20mins? It took an hour and a half. Then the man decides that since I'm on the left side, he feels it'll be too hard to get out, so he said he'll put my spare on and still charge me $75. I could have called my buddy John for that. I told him I wasn't going to pay him. All I wanted was to get towed to a repairman so I could see my fiancé in the hospital. But hey, it wasn't worth his patience.
