My hot deal turned out to be not so hot����. Brought a ring on a promotion last year and was sold a fake ring. If you go to Action pawn on Marbach...make sure you get your jewelry tested...as they only give you a 30 day warranty. I found out when I asked for my ring to be cleaned at Zales....they told me that was no 10k white gold...it was sterling silver and laughed at me.... so embarrassed. Went back to Action pawn as a manager Mario asked me to Come back he thought he was going to fix the situation...just to be embarrassed again. He thought it was funny ���� Will never go back. I was suffering from cancer 2015 and didn't expect to be taken advantage of... just thought they were a reputable business.

Pawned my gun for about 2 hours today, and it's got 3 new scratches on the top! WTF guys? I know without a doubt they weren't there when i took it in. I've only shot it twice since buying it stayed in my safe the rest of the time. To top it off I call to find out what they would do about it (probably nothing) and it rings for 5 minutes. I call again and someone answered after a few minutes and hung up. Apparently they don't give q sh!t about your items, so no one should ever pawn here.

Bad customer service. You are either ignored at the jewelry section or not even acknowledge at the purses display. Customer service is important. I can understand if short staff but I was standing right in front of someone In the jewelry display and she did not even acknowledge us or get someone for us. Sorry action pawn but I will not recommend this location .

I highly recommend this store. The workers take their time to open and show you the products. Ask for Jesse if you want to see guns. Big selection. Two others came by and helped me. I did not get their names but one young man took time to show me some of the vintage rifles. Going back next month to purchase a .45 hope it is still there. It is an original. I do bussiness with Cash America, but this treatment was A-1. This will be my favorite store from now on.

Very courteous! They have an excellent layaway plan, prices are terrific! I have shopped there for years!
