Provided by YPmobileI wouldn't give them even one star, however it's required. All the comments I have read about this company is "right on" when it comes to problems getting an order filled. I have been waiting 6 months! I gave up and went to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and got a loaner for a bed and electric wheelchair. I suggest you use your Association of any sort to do the same. If your registered with them. That's what their there for. JUST A BIG TIP. You don't need insurance or Medicare to get DME equipment! Good luck! PS: Contact Medicare and complain. Tell them they refuse to submit your paperwork as they have decided to step up and take their job of making the decisions.

I found out the office was closed until the 6th. Lucida found papers & sent it to Douglas to process. Douglas said very rudely mine was on the bottom to process. I told him it was ordered 6 days ago.
