Provided by YP.comWe've Air 3000 several times and been fairly satisfied with the service. However, this last time was terrible. Workmen were here 1-1/2 hours to tape air ducts (not a very complicated task). During this time the workmen took a 20 min break. The bill for this "work" was $625, which works out to over $400 an hour. When we complained to the management about this price, they said "Sorry"! We definitely will NOT be calling Air 3000 again! What a rip off!

Provided by YP.comWe have had Air3000 "service" our AC home units 4 times. Each time, the representatives have told us of our units problems and only recommended that we buy a new unit from them...for a mere few hundred dollars a month on a payment plan. Two days ago, a representative showed up and gave us the same sales pitch "You have a leak in one of your units and we can get you a new unit for only a hundred or so a month". He went on to say that the other unit had an additional pound of coolant. He drained that one. Than he said the one with the leak was down 4 pounds. We asked him about checking where the leak was or replacing the coolant. He did not bother to bring along coolant. This tells me that these are not "service calls", rather a sales call to sell new units. We called the main office to request that someone return the next day to replace the coolant in the low unit. Although they said someone would come, no one showed up. We called again today. Someone came at 6:30 pm. He told us that the last representative's tools were not working or calibrated correctly from the visit 2 days ago and that this had been known by Air3000. This second representative stated that the one unit that was originally over by a pound was adjusted by him appropriately and that the unit originally found to be deficient by 4 pounds was down 2. He then replaced the 2 pounds of coolant. Needless to say, my opinion of this company is that they want to collect a minimum of $54 for a home visit to conduct a so called "service visit", which amounts to a sales pitch in which they get paid for doing nothing. What reputable company would send out service reps without having tools to "service" the item that they are supposedly servicing? Would not recommend doing business with this company if you are looking to keep your current units maintained and lasting well for their life cycle.

Provided by YP.comI most definately would refer Air3000 to all my friends and family. My heater unit had been condemned by the city. I called Air3000 and Ms. Letty assured me that she would fix the problem correctly and as soon as possible.She had a technician at the house and Air3000 said they had a 2012 unit in the shop I could have for half price! The following day 2 techs came out and spent the whole day rebuilding the AC closet and a brand new filter base. They also repaired and brought the whole unit up to code at no extra charge. How great is that? They fixed everything the city inspector had written at no extra charge. The cooling and heating unit now work better than before and saved me alot of money at the same time.
All I asked her to do was to give me good work at a fair price. Ms. Letty was able to provide both. I would gladly use her again and I would recommend them any day!!!

Provided by YP.comI would most definately refer Air3000 to all my friends and family. Our unit stopped cooling and we had a technician at our house within only a couple ours. He was able to determine the problem and make all the necessary repairs all in one visit. Air3000 with their amazing service and knowledgable technicians saved us!!! We are thankful for having found them, after having worked with other companies they by far the best company we have used. I would recommend them any day!!!

Provided by YP.comI wouldnt advise doing business with this company. Not only are they very unprofessional but they are extremely unorganized. They will find a way to take your money. STAY AWAY!! Do your research first before settling on this company.

Provided by YP.comThis write up is long over due! Air 3000 saved me and my family Labor day weekend. Our A/C went out and it was hot!! No one was open on a holiday weekend we were going to have to wait or stay in a hotel until the Tuesday after the holiday. Letty at Air 3000 is so awesome she was able to get me a compressor unit on a Saturday late after noon, have her technician stay until she was sure that my family had A/C. Thats service!!! I now have my yearly service contract with them and trust the great work and service they provided me. I also recommended a friend and he was also happy with the personal service and expert A/C service. Air 3000 is the best! Thank you so much for taking care of my family.

Provided by YP.commy air went out back in june, air 3000 came out said my compressor was out. they had to order the part i was in heat for 24 hour after they came out. the next day two guys came out at 2 pm and stayed til 830 pm trying to place the new compressor they left and one came back the next day spending 4 hours. the air worked up until this weekend where my house got to 90 degrees. another company came out and said air 3000 installed my compressor the wrong way not placing the wires correctly and burn out the new compressor. i am now 48 hours without air, feeling very weak, sick from the heat, blood pressure very high from the frustration. they other guy said my house could have burned down. they are sending some when the compressor part comes in but now i am in heat.
Wendy, in response to your comment. I would first like to apologize for any inconvenience you feel we may have caused you.I know that if the unit was wired wrong I believe that unit would have never worked. Unfortunately that company that went out is trying to get work the wrong way. Perhaps the fault is not of the company but, economy that has a company turning on another. I would never say something that is not true to gain someones business. I would also like to say the day you called that you were not cooling we had someone over and ordered the whole condenser with your home warranty I also went out of my way to lend you a portable a/c unit that cool 900 sq ft of a home. I just would like to say all I did and the only thing you had to put is what another company told you. I believe you were cooling for the days it took the warranty company to get condenser ordered. Well I hope that maybe you will respond and let people know that we did go out of our way. Thank You, Mrs.Letty Mares
