I was fortunate enough define Dr. Kirby right after he graduated from A&M. He has been my vet for over 30 years, even when I lived in different states generally I would fly the animal to San Antonio just for Dr. Kirby. There are people from all over that come to take their animals to Kirby. He is very intuitive, skilled and honest. He will tell you right up front what can I cannot be done and the possible cost. Last January I put my 17-year-old dog Eli down, with an inoperable liver tumor, had it not been for Dan I wouldn’t of had the extra seven years I was able to spend with my sweet. I just can’t say enough good things about this vet, it’s like he becomes one w/the animal. He absolutely loves his job and the animals he treats always aware of the human companion. Our birthdays are the same he’s just a year older and I have absolutely no idea what I’m gonna do when he retires. But he loves his job too much hopefully that won’t be happening for another 20 years. Dr. Kirby Ma say thank you for all your years with your skill, compassion, and love Of the animals.

When it comes down to it, experience is what counts. Dr Kirby and his group of doctors are professional and capable to handle almost any type of pet.
