I have never received service this badly from anyone before. My husband and I were looking to purchase some tickets to an event for October. So we called several ticket vendors to get some prices. The prices at most of the places were around the same price but the price wasn't the problem it was the location of the seats! My husband has IBS and needs a seat off the isle. So this guy refuses to tell me the location of the seats he says I need to buy them first and then he can let me know where the seats are? How the heck is that possible buying something that I don't even know where I'll be placed!!!

I told him Ticket Master and Best Tickets till you where you'll be seating. He replies then go buy from them then hangs up on me!!! I can't believe his rude and unprofessional behavior. They don't even deserve the one star but I need to put it;( I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they made me feel like if I did something wrong??
