The service and work at Alonso Jewelry is outstanding. We have been going to them for years and they have never failed to surpass our expectations. My fiancé was interested in a custom engagement ring with a rough diamond. Another jeweler referrred us to Alonzo Jewelry as he knew Alonzo’s carried a wide range of stones. Sure enough, he had three rough diamonds to choose from. My fiancé gave her design and preferences to Alonzo and they knocked it out of the park. She hasn’t stopped grinning and her friends and family love the ring. I will be returning to Alonzo’s for our wedding bands. I highly recommend this establishment.

Marc worked with me to design a gorgeous custom engagement ring. I was apprehensive at first because of several factors:
1). I was a first time buyer.
2). I needed the ring quickly to surprise her.
3). I live in a different city (Houston, TX).

Nevertheless, these challenging factors did not faze Marc. Marc answered all of my questions, provided me updates with the progress of the design/creation of the ring, & was able to meet my deadline for my engagement.

Something significant I want to highlight is Marc's professionalism. I told Marc my budget & he never tried to upsell me. Marc was never that "used car salesman" pushing me to spend more. Throughout the whole process Marc was a consultant to make sure I got the perfect ring for my fiancé.

I enjoyed working with Marc & plan on using him in the future for our wedding bands/future anniversaries.

Marc is an absolute artist. I came in and designed an engagement ring with him and in a matter of days it was done. He did not look at me as a dollar sign and gave me an incredible price in comparison to everyone I had researched. A million times better than some big name that has huge overhead. He created this amazing piece that my fiance and everyone LOVES. His work is absolutely gorgeous. He is very accommodating on design. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the whole process was simple and quick. I'm very pleased with the outcome and I will continue to visit for future pieces. I consider Marc Alonso at Alonso Jewelry Designs my personal jeweler. This store has beautiful pieces for sale, but if you have something specific in mind, they will custom make pieces for you. I have shopped with Marc on a number of occasions - he and his staff are attentive, helpful, and will spend as much time with you as you need. I will not shop or purchase jewelry anywhere else. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

I have purchased a few items over the last few years and have been very pleased with the quality and price. I've also taken several items there for repair and cleaning. Again I was happy with the outcome. The only reason I could not give a 5 star rating is that I believe the sales personnel should maintain a professional appearance and not all there do. Of the two women I believe work in that area, one does, but the other (a younger woman) dresses provocatively. Revealing clothing might be expected at a club, but it does not make a positive impression on customers shopping for jewelry. Maybe an employee dress code is needed.
