If your order came through Teleflora, you did not speak to anyone in this shop. All inquires and/or changes are made through Teleflora. The local shop does not contact the customer only Teleflora, they have the information. If the order is important to you make/take the time to visit the local flower shop in person.

I ordered two large arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. It took 30 minutes for the girl to take my order. The day of the funeral I called to confirm the order and was told everything was good to go. I get to the church for the funeral and there was ONE lonely arrangement there. After a bunch of calling around, I was told that they canceled one of the arrangements because they thought it was a duplicate. Without even calling the customer...not such a good idea. Those were the only two arrangements we had there because it was a small service. I felt terrible about it because Inwas the one in charge of flowers. I called to speak with the flower shop and received a lot of apologies but NO offer to refund even a partial amount. They admitted that they canceled the order but blamed it all on Teleflora. Take your business elsewhere.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers!! I was so happy with my wedding bouquet. When I look at the photographs of our wedding I can not help but notice how beautiful the flowers really looked. Thanks for helping make that day so special !!
