I've been shopping local aquarium shops since 2005. I'll have to admit that Aquarium Designs is my favorite "go to" place. The product selection is great and ranges from entry level to advanced hobbyist. Large selection of livestock! Wide range of anything you would want for your tank. Mainly saltwater btw. Very organized and clean! Helpful and experienced staff. If you are interested in starting a saltwater aquarium, make this one of your stops!

I bought my Dad a Gold-Striped Maroon Clownfish there. Within 2 days of bringing it home it had white spots on the side of his body and a bubble thing on his fin. I called the store (I live 2 hours away from them) and he (the man that helped me) was not that interested that he sold me a sick fish. He suggested that my Dad put some drops in the tank to kill the ick, but it would have killed everything else. I was very upset that he just did not seem interested or care and it made me wonder what other fish in there were sick. I personally will never get anything from here again.
