Dont use them; they are unhelp...

Dont use them; they are unhelpful and use an opt out policy (rather than an opt in one ) such that they will bill you even if you do not pay attention to the small print to opt out of their services from year to year. Moreover, we had a rude experience with a Veltman representative, who hung up on me when I expressed disagreement with that policy.

Saved Me Time and Anguish

I first started using Veltman and Associated after a highly charged meeting with a review board. Veltman's adjusters have been exceptionally responsive to me and have represented me very fairly. They have been nothing but quality, quality, quality whether responding to telephone calls, document submittals, or face-to-face meetings.
