BEWARE! THIS IS COSTCO'S COUNTERTOP VENDOR! DO NOT ORDER COUNTERTOPS FROM COSTCO!



They quoted the best pricing, but then over-charged for square footage (even by their own calculations). John, the salesman lies about everything. Then the installer was so busy trying to find another job on his cell phone that he did a very poor job installing -- even broke a piece from sheer carelessness.



IT TOOK FOUR VISITS TO COMPLETE A SMALL GRANITE COUNTERTOP INSTALLATION!!!



In the meantime, I am contesting their over-charge and getting the Manager run-around. I had read that Costco was big on customer service, so I wrote Costco, thinking they would intervene on my behalf.



NOT SO!! The Costco VP that I spoke with actually took up for this awful company!

This business is horrible!!!! They are all rude from the receptionist to the sales office. Not very helpful either. My granite was supposed to be installed on a set day and I was called back three different times to change the day. And then they didn't show up til late in the afternoon when I was told the morning. My wife and I were not pleased at all with there work. And when you get someone to answer the phone they talk down on you.
