Provided by YP.comVery poor customer service after the sale. Bought a table and went to assemble it and one of the parts is drilled wrong. Called customer service constantly busy signal. Called the store nothing. Called the sales persons cell, nothing. Sent an email to customer service, no reply. Good job Ashley's furniture. Was a repeat customer but not anymore ......

Provided by YPmobileDo NOT buy ANYTHING from this God awful store. The "manager" JR is the rudest, most disrespectful and insulting human being I have ever encountered. I am taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and even the DA if necessary, because I cannot believe the audacity he has to treat paying customers with such negligent remarks and actions. NOBODY should be allowed to treat anyone else in such a manner, and I will see to it that this b****** is rightfully punished for his actions.

Provided by YP.comNEVER purchase a warranty from Ashley. Huge scam, they do not honor their unused warranty reimbursement purchase contract and even their corporate office just plain doesn't care. I will never shop Ashley again :(

Provided by YP.comDelivery dates were screwed up, all the pieces came on different days. Bedroom furniture I received was not what it looked like in the showroom. It was made of particle board, not real wood. It was poorly built, screws kept breaking in half. When I returned it, they told me they would come pick it up in two days. Took the day off of work that day, no call to tell me when it was being picked up. I called the customer service number and was told they had no pick scheduled that day. I was transfered to the store where I bought it from and turns out they never processed the paper work. Finally picked up the furniture, but still haven't received my refund check. Its been a month and half and you better believe I call everyday to check the status on that. Nobody seems to know how to do paperwork at that store or the distribution store. Don't ever buy from them!!!! Buyer beware. Also, they keep calling from the survey department and I always rate them a 0. They obviously don't take notes that they've called me 4 times already. IDIOTS!!!

Provided by YP.comWe had a similar issue with the finance office at Ashley. Fortunately, we were able to pay off the "Loan Sharks" before too interest had accumulated.

Provided by YP.comIf you are thinking of getting furniture on credit because you have bad credit or no credit, do your homework before signing a contract with TRS for furniture. Read my review about this company found in "TRS Home Furnishings". The Better Business Bureau classifies them as a "collection agency" when you give their phone number of (210) 561-7792.
If the price of the furniture is $2,000, you will end up owing this company $6,000. Think about it real good. It is not worth it.
