The first time I went in this location helped me get my new phone, & all my information from my stolen phone, I’m getting more out of this phone’s data as well. Awesome place! The second time it was because I had a phone stolen the strange thing is they returned it broken, it wasn’t repairable so of course I went in there to ask them to disconnect it. The person that helped me the second time is a military person claimed to know all the rules and regulations & there was no way anyone there could help me disconnect it.

He spoke to the supervisor to ask his supervisor to support him in his choice with me as a customer, the supervisor approved of his choice, they refused to aid me in disconnecting my phone. If it weren’t for the second experience that I had with this location I would’ve been extremely happy with them.

I recommend you pick & choose when you go into this location, call ahead develop a phone repoor conversation, get the persons name discuss the matter at hand, agree on a resolution. Then choose to go in.

Great phones

Store has about every phone you can think of. Iphone is awesome. Customer service is friendly and fast. They also sell U-verse TV and other services offered by AT&T.
